- Boild one gal of water, add in syrup, stir till dissolved. Return to heat.
- Add in 3 ounce hallertauer hops and boild for 30-45 minutes. In last 5-10 min of boil, add in the saaz hops. Add in to 4 gal of cool water. When cooled to below 80 degrees, pitch yeast. Fermentation at 45-55 degrees should go as follows: 10-14 days in primary fermenter, 2-3 weeks in secondary and 6 weeks in the bottle. OSG: 1040-1050 FSG: 1008-1012
