  • 1 c. Minced dates
  • 1/2 c. Amaranth
  • 1 c. Boiling water
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1/2 c. Honey
  • 1/4 c. Butter, melted
  • 2 c. Whole wheat flour
  • 2 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 1 c. Minced pecans
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Инструкции

  1. Soak dates and amaranth in boiling water. Beat Large eggs well, add in honey and butter; beat well. Stir in all other ingredients mixing well. Pour into an oiled loaf pan. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
