Ingredients: 3/4 c. buttermilk; 2 c. whole wheat flour; 1 c. bread flour; 1 tsp salt; 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter; 3 Tbsp. sugar; 1/4 tsp baking soda; 8 ounce crushed pineapple well liquid removed; 1/3 c. flaked coconut; 1 1/2 tsp yeast

3/4 c. buttermilk
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. bread flour
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp baking soda
8 ounce crushed pineapple well liquid removed
1/3 c. flaked coconut
1 1/2 tsp yeast

Инструкции

Place all ingredients in bread pan, select light crust setting and press start. After the baking cycle ends, remove bread from pan, place on rack and allow to cold for 1 hour before slicing.
Notes: May substitute 3 tbsp of buttermilk pwdr, 3/4 c. plus 1 tbsp of water, and delete baking soda in place of fresh buttermilk.
