:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20kind%20of%20wish%20we'd%20signed%20up%20for%20fruit%20every%20week.%20This%20has%20been%20some%20good%20fruit.%20I%20miss%20it%20when%20we%20don't%20get%20to%20take%20it%20home.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAnywhoo,%20with%20this%20lot,%20we%20arranged%20to%20devour%20the%20following%20dishes:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1.%20More%20scrambled%20eggs%20with%20scallions%20(CSA%20scallion)%20and%20cheddar%20cheese%20(not%20pictured).%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E2.%20%22I%20Actually%20CAN%20Believe%20They're%20Not%20Crab%20Cakes%22%20(CSA%20scallion%20and%20cucumbers).%20I%20don't%20mean%20to%20be%20picky%20with%20the%20fine%20folks%20at%20Picky%20Kitchen,%20but%20this%20recipe%20didn't%20taste%20much%20like%20crab%20cakes.%20The%20texture%20was%20also%20clearly%20canned%20tuna.%20Luckily,%20I%20like%20canned%20tuna.%20Pickled%20cucumber%20was%20good%20on%20these,%20too,%20as%20it%20has%20been%20on%20most%20things%20the%20past%20few%20weeks.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E3.%20Sausage%20and%20greens%20(CSA%20chard%20and%20tomatoes).%20Pine%20nuts%20and%20cheese%20were%20added%20to%20this%20dish.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E4.%20Cucumber%20salad%20(CSA%20cucumbers%20and%20dill).%20Dan%20didn't%20follow%20any%20one%20recipe%20exactly,%20but%20he%20says%20he%20more%20or%20less%20used%20this%20one,%20with%20slightly%20different%20proportions%20of%20ingredients.%20The%20baby%20devoured%20them.%20He%20loves%20vinegar!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E5.%20%22King%20Ranch%22%20squash%20(CSA%20onion%20and%20yellow%20squash%20and%20scallion%20garnish).%20Okay!%20This%20is%20another%20contender%20for%20%22Best%20Dishes%20of%20CSA%202012.%22%20It%20is%20also%20the%20recipe%20I%20plan%20to%20make%20again%20immediately%20when%20we%20(if%20we)%20get%20more%20squash.%20Our%20gluten-free%20neighbor%20enjoyed%20it,%20too,%20once%20I%20substituted%20cornstarch%20for%20the%20small%20amount%20of%20flour.%20Oh,%20also%20we%20didn't%20have%20a%20jalapeno,%20so%20I%20left%20that%20out.%20Layer%20of%20tortilla%20chips%20on%20the%20bottom,%20y'all.%20%20Make%20it!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E6.%20Fresh,%20raw:%20CSA%20blackberries%20and%20doughnut%20peaches%20and%20melon%20--%20not%20pictured%20except%20for%20the%20melon.%20Guess%20what?%20Our%20kid%20can%20now%20say%20(nay,%20demand),%20%22Bewwies!%22%20I%20don't%20like%20cooking%20fruit%20that%20tastes%20this%20good.%20We%20left%20the%20peaches%20in%20a%20brown%20paper%20bag%20over%20night,%20FYI,%20to%20get%20them%20perfectly%20ripe.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E7.%20Corn%20salad%20(CSA%20corn%20and%20spring%20onion).%20Avocado%20entered%20the%20picture%20(again;%20we%20love%20avocados),%20along%20with%20tomatoes%20and%20a%20dressing%20of%20mayonnaise,%20lemon,%20and%20cumin.%20Another%20standout.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E8.%20Beet%20and%20Fennel%20Slaw%20(CSA%20beets,%20carrots,%20and%20fennel).%20This%20was%20based%20on%20a%20Martha%20Stewart%20recipe.%20The%20beets%20are%20served%20raw%20and%20shredded,%20which%20(if%20you%20have%20a%20food%20processor)%20is%20so%20much%20less%20messy%20and%20time-consuming%20than%20roasting%20or%20boiling%20them%20first.%20It%20was%20very%20good%20--%20sour%20in%20a%20pleasing%20way.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EJoining%20us%20over%20in%20Week%2010:%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E1%20head%20cabbage%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
