Ингредиенты

1/2 c. Acorn meal 1/2 c. Cornmeal 2 Tbsp. Flour 2 tsp Baking pwdr 1/2 tsp Salt

1 x Egg 1 Tbsp. Maple syrup 1 Tbsp. Veg. oil 1/2 c. Lowfat milk

Инструкции

1. Mix together the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl beat egg, and add in the liquid ingredients. Combine with a few swift strokes. Pour batter into a small square greased pan and bake at 425 for 20 minutes or possibly till hard to the touch. Serve warm with butter.
