- 1 c. sugar
- 2 T flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 c. pineapple juice
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 (20 ounce) can chunk pineapple
- 1 (16 ounce) can mandarin oranges
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 (4 ounce) container Cold Whip

- Put together:
- Stir in:
- Cook over medium heat; stir till thick. Add in 1 tbsp lemon juice and cool. Bring about 4 cups water, 1 tsp oil and 1 tsp salt teaspoon a boil. Add in 8 ounces (1 cup) acini de pepe (small macaroni for soup). Cook till done. Drain, rinse, cool. Put together custard made above with acini de pepe.Drain and add in:
- Mix all ingredients together. Chill. Makes 1 large bowl of salad.
