Excellent tips, Claudia. As you know, I've been on a weight loss (healthier living) journey for a little over a year, and have lost close to 60 lbs. so far by following the Mediterranean Diet along with my new-found love, belly dance. Going to try your Brussel Sprouts recipe tonight!
