.%20%20Apparently%20they%20%22guarantee%22%20a%20loss%20of%201/2%20-%203/4%20lbs%20per%20day.%20%20The%20first%202%20days%20are%20called%20%22binge%22%20days%20when%20I%20needed%20to%20eat%20practically%20everything%20in%20sight.%20%20I%20was%20told%20that%20I%20needed%20to%20%22trick%22%20my%20brain%20into%20thinking%20I%20wasn't%20starving.%20%20I'll%20buy%20that...bring%20on%20the%20ice%20cream!%20%20On%20the%20way%20home%20from%20the%20clinic,%20my%20car%20steered%20itself%20to%20a%20parking%20spot%20in%20front%20of%20Baskin%20Robbins%20where%20I%20rushed%20in%20to%20pick%20up%20my%20splurge%20treat%20-%20chocolate%20chip%20ice%20cream.%20%20If%20this%20was%20to%20be%20a%20binge,%20I%20was%20going%20to%20make%20it%20well%20worth%20it!%20%20I'll%20keep%20you%20posted%20on%20the%20results.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAfter%20lunch,%20we%20headed%20up%20to%20Lake%20Tahoe%20for%20a%20drive.%20%20It%20was%20a%20drizzly%20day%20as%20we%20reached%20the%20summit%20and%20quite%20the%20welcome%20change%20from%20all%20the%20dryness%20of%20the%20summer.%20%20Lake%20Tahoe%20is%20still%20a%20very%20special%20place%20for%20my%20husband%20and%20I.%20%20Such%20great%20memories,%20a%20simple%20life%20but%20in%20one%20of%20the%20most%20majestic%20settings%20in%20the%20world.%20%20It%20was%20a%20%22walk%20down%20memory%20lane%22%20as%20we%20drove%20past%20our%20humble%20beginnings,%20the%20homes%20we%20either%20rented%20or%20bought%20at%20the%20time.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ELast%20evening%20we%20went%20on%20a%20date,%20not%20that%20every%20day%20isn't%20special%20with%20hubby.%20%20At%20the%20last%20minute%20we%20decided%20to%20go%20see%20the%20talented,%20Kenny%20Loggins%20in%20concert.%20%20Fortunately%20there%20were%20plenty%20of%20tickets%20left.%20%20It%20was%20the%20third%20time%20I've%20been%20to%20one%20of%20his%20concerts.%20%20I%20have%20to%20say,%20that%20man%20still%20has%20one%20of%20the%20best%20voices%20in%20the%20business.%20%20As%20the%20curtains%20parted,%20we%20all%20observed%20a%20moment%20of%20silence%20for%20the%209/11%20victims,%20so%20reverent%20and%20touching.%20%20Of%20course%20he%20played%20%20%22Footloose%22,%20%20and%20%22Danger%20zone%22,%20but%20the%20real%20treat%20was%20%22Celebrate%20me%20Home%22%20and%20%22return%20to%20Pooh's%20Corner%22.%20%20Those%20are%20the%20songs%20that%20sing%20to%20my%20spirit%20as%20well%20as%20bring%20a%20few%20tears%20to%20my%20eyes.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI'm%20thankful%20that%20I%20have%20the%20opportunity%20to%20feel%20the%20emotions,%20it%20just%20proves%20I'm%20alive.%20%20I'm%20appreciative%20to%20live%20in%20an%20area%20where%20beauty%20and%20splendor%20is%20all%20around%20me%20and%20that%20I%20have%20friends%20and%20family%20to%20enjoy%20life%20with.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EGo%20out%20and%20have%20a%20wonderful%20day!%20%20No%20food%20today,%20at%20least%20nothing%20worth%20writing%20about!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
