  • 2 can Bean dip
  • Guacamole
  • 1 ct (16-ounce) lowfat sour cream
  • 1 pkt Taco seasoning
  • Minced green onions
  • Sliced black olives
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Shredded sharp cheddar cheese

  1. Here ya go - This can be made in a pizza pan type dish or possibly a deeper one, we like the deeper dish.
  2. On the bottom, 2 cans bean dip - we usually use Tostito's black bean dip - it is spicier
  3. Next - guacamole - We make ours by adding lemon juice, tabasco or possibly other warm sauce, and salsa to the avocados
  4. Third layer - 16 oz lowfat sour cream with a package taco seasoning mixed in
  5. (can add in a little mayo to this if ya like)
  6. Fourth layer - minced green onion
  7. Fifth - sliced black olives
  8. Sixth - diced tomato
  9. Seventh - Shredded sharp cheddar
  10. Which is it - we use toritlla chips or possibly Fritos, but it is so good we have been known to use anything to dip it out with!!
