Ингредиенты

  • 4 med onions, chopped
  • 2 lb grnd pork
  • 1 Tbsp. cumin
  • 1 ounce tequila
  • 10 lb lean beef brisket, finely minced
  • 7 ounce whole green chiles, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 can beer
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 15 ounce tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 3 ounce chili pwdr
  • 11/2 clv garlic, chopped
  • 1 lb whole tomatoes, finely minced
  • 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 2 x beef bouillon cubes

Инструкции

  1. Brown onions and beef in oil. Stir in garlic, pork, chiles, cumin, oregano, salt, dry mustard, tomato sauce, tomatoes, tequila, beer, chili pwdr and bouillon cubes.
  2. Bring to boil then reduce heat and simmer 2 to 3 hrs. Stir occasionally. Don't stir during last 30 min of cooking before serving.
  3. Serves 25
