- Bring chili and water to a boil in medium saucepan. Stir in rice; cover.
- Cook on low heat 5 min. Spoon 1/3 c. chili mix onto each tortilla.
- Top with shredded cheese, minced tomato, and sliced green onions, if you like. Fold up sides to enclose filling. Secure with toothpicks.
- Makes6 wraps.
