- Combine flour and salt in a bowl. Blend in oil with a fork. Sprinkle water over mix, mix to make a dough. Shape dough into a ball. Flatten slightly.
- Roll into a circle between two squares of waxed paper. Peel off top paper and flip dough into your pie dish, adjust to fit and then peel off other piece of waxed paper.
- Makes one pie crust. Dampen your surface before putting down the bottom waxed
- paper, as it helps to hold the waxed paper in place while rolling out the dough.
