Leftovers

Forgive me if you all know this, but I have a freezer bag that I put leftover bits of all kinds of cheese into. It keeps it from getting moldy and lasts a long time there. Plus, the combinations of different cheeses makes the greatest macaroni and cheese and other baked cheese dishes. I learned this many years ago, and then saw some chef on TV admitting to doing this, too. It might have been Julia Child.
