That is great, John. I think that you know who the actives are, and those individuals would probably require less oversight by 'cental control'. It is wise, I believe, for the safety and overall health of the site to keep an eye on everything that is posted on CES. Those of us who have initiated Groups, I am sure, view ourselves as guests rather than owners of the Groups on CES. You might consider putting an advisory on the sign up page that must be checked prior to accepting an individual as a member. That advisory can state that "all photography and copy submitted is subject to review and deletion if found to be inappropriate for or inconsistant with the aims and goals of CookEatShare.com". How and when and if you actually do monitor anything will only be known to yourself or the mothership. Just a thought... One problem may be that the working format of the groups pages is very restrictive, and, as I have noted before, the result may be that this is a reason there is relatively little traffic to the Groups and little input to them.
