About the Dim Sum class

I hope you enjoyed the Dim Sum class. Could you please take a minute and provide some feedback on the class? Thanks!
1. What did you like best about the class and Linda as the instructor?
2. Did you acquire some new cooking skills and tips from attending the class?
3. Are there any classes/ menus that you would like to suggest?
4. Are there any areas of improvement you would like to see us make?
5. Would you recommend the class to your friends and family?

1)I really like how hands on the class was; we were responsible for the dicing, cooking, steaming, and even for the mistakes! Linda was super patient and enthusiastic which made the class even more enjoyable. She has a good sense of humor :)
2)Yes, prior to the class I had no idea how to make dim sum. I was actually hesitant prior to the class because cooking dim sum seemed a bit intimidating but it is actually not that difficult to do. (as long as you follow the instructions)
3)I really like the pork buns, the crab wantons, and the mango pudding. Those were my favorite, but all were delicious.
4) Everything was great
5)I would most definitely recommend this class to my friends and family.

1. I liked that everyone could participate and contribute equally to the recipes.
2. Yes! I learned that how easy it is to make Asian food. I will definitely try it again sometime.
3. I loved the lettuce wraps!
4. I thought everything went smooth.
5. Of course! It was great food and entertainment.
