Ive been into cooking since i was a youngster, I enjoyed watching those early television cooking shows. I knew then thats what i wanted to do with myself.
I worked in a couple of food places as a teenager growing up in New Orleans, so I figured if I wanted to do this, I better get some training. I cooked in the Army, then got some real formal training. After working with hotels, restaurants, healthcare, i decided to venture out on my own.
