Home Cook that will try just about anything at least once. I enjoy Italian, Austrian, German, Irish, Japanese, Polish, Hungarian, Slavic, Haitian, Chinese, French, Southern, and most all in between. Not fond of organ meats, but will cook them for hubby. LOVE "from scratch" anything!!

My maternal grandmother. She could cook dirt and make it taste like Fillet. My mother, who has a hundred and one ways to make ground meat taste wonderful. My husband, who is a heck of a cook in his own right, and his "secret" ingredients to never divulge and always keep it JUST HIS. My fabulous mother in law, she has taught me much about German and Austrian cuisine. My fantastic clients, patients, and co-workers, who all teach me new ways to prepare things almost daily. Chef Chappy, who has, by example, taught me that it doesn't have to be elaborate to be phenomenal. Simple is GOOD!
