There are some tremendously talented and knowledgable kitchen denizens here and I have been both surprised and enthused by the willingness to reach out, exchange ideas and offer encouragement. 18 марта 2008Hi Steffan. Thanks for joining and posting some great recipes. We're going to try the Minestra sometime very soon...it looks delicious! We haven't been to Perbacco yet, but will try it next time we're in SF for a show.
