Обо мне
I love all types of cuisines but I love home cooked meals. I love eating and if you see me personally you will understand the result of that. Though for the past 2 years, my wife and I have been following a low carb diet, she has had more success than me following it. I have given myself a treat every now and then. The first step to cooking for us is planning as its actually difficult to follow a low carb diet here in India. Based on what ingredients we get we plan our menu. Its usually quickfire cooking these days, but weekends usually we try to cook a lot that helps us cut time during the regular workdays too.
Кулинарное влияние
I can safely say my role model in cooking is my mom. Whatever I understand in cooking is due to her. Her style of cooking has always favored me, and she always cooks what I like. Though these days we visit our parents once a year, but those 8-10 days which we spend are like feast days. I have got so many recipes from her and its fun trying to tinker her recipes to suit our diet and palette.

- Kobe's Sizzlers (Bangalore, Индия)
- I love sizzlers primarily because I had my first sizzler at Kobe. Not only is the serving size huge, it is also very tasty and very healthy.

- 02 июля 2012I am so glad we are friends. I look forward to seeing many of your new recipes.
- 27 апреля 2012Happy you touched base, and now I can see your recipes. I have to convert to US, but not a big deal. One of my favorite dishes is a curried potato dal. Don't know the name, but a restaurant serves it here in Dallas, TX.
Also, I love raita.. I could live on naan, raita and cilantro chutney.

Myra
