My husband and I have been involved with food for many years. I trained as a Home Economist, working with several major food companies, owning restaurants and also running an outside catering business in England and Ireland. Food is our passion and we are currently working on our own Mediterranean recipe website. We moved from coastal Spain into the mountains to run our own little Gastro B&B, but because of health reasons we are returned to San Pedro near Marbella at the end of September 2010. We are spending time working on our websites, and are in the process of starting up a new business running short cookery break holidays from our house here on the coast. When all is finalised I will put in a link to our new website.
