I am a wife and mother of 2 boys whom I adore and Grammy to 2 grandaughters who are an added bonus and enjoy playing in my kitchen and garden. I spend much time researching recipes since I particularly enjoy entertaining and cooking for family and friends. I would appreciate the opportunity to meet others who have a passion for good eats, be able to share and learn from each other.

The first 14 years of my life were spent living upstairs from my Italian grandparents in Jersey City. You can imagine who influenced me. In fact, until I moved to the south at 15 I had never eaten fast food, Food such as fried chicken, grits and apple pie for foreign to me. While I could eat Italian everyday I now love southern and diverse cuisine.
