Well, I love to eat and I am hoping to renew my love for cooking. I do enjoy cooking but rarely seem to find the time to, so... hoping for both some easy to make great tasting recipes for the weekdays and maybe a moderately more difficult "special" meal recipe for once in awhile. I'll try and post some of the ones I use, they are tried and true, even if a little outdated. I live in Sacramento with my husband who shares my passion for great dining, but while I can count on him never to complain about any meal, he isn't much of a a chef. I also have two children who do love to help out in the kitchen.
