I am a chocolate maker in Belluno, I love the Dolomite mountains and temperate due to fresh up here I decided more than a decade ago to make chocolate my only reason for life (then they also added my wife Barbara and two beautiful girls)
I am owner of a chocolate that takes my name, and is currently national president of the chocolate and national president of CNA's Fine Chocolate Organization.
In addition to this are the holder of five Guinness World Records, Italian champion in 2007 and 2008 and chocolate gold medal at Villeroy olimiadi of Erfurth.
I think I still have to learn a lot and every day I realize that the more "small" or less experienced you learn a lot of pui.
My work is my life and sometimes by inexperienced receiving some good life lessons.
