I'm an Italian girl born and bred in New York, and married to a wonderful man and have two beautiful children and now live in Florida. My family are the pride and joy of my life. I do work full time, but when I'm not working I'm always trying to find new ways to please my family's taste buds with new culinary endeavors. Plain and simple, I LOVE FOOD! I grew up around my parents and grandparents always cooking something delicious in the kitchen. I aspire to be the same way one day, if not already. Although I am open to all kinds of food culture, my heart and heritage belong to the one kind of food I grew up on.... Italian food.

It goes without saying that my mom, aunts and uncles, and grandparents without a doubt are my biggest cooking influences.
Gordon Ramsey, HANDS DOWN! is my favorite chef. I enjoy watching him cook and am smitten with the way he makes it all look so easy.
When it comes to baking, I am enamoured with Buddy Valastro, the Cake Boss... He is one Italian that knows how to keep it old school when it comes to Italian pastries.
