I love to try new recipes. I learned most of what Iknow from watching my mother cook. She is French Moroccan so I learned unique ways to cook. I am married to a Mexican who loves, loves,loves to eat! I love to cook and am always looking for fast and easy recipes, but don't mind spending some time making things my family loves. I just made chile rellenos and the are time consuming, but he enjoyed them so much, I didn't mind. My adult daughter hates every thing he loves, so I always have a challenge when I cook. Challenge is putting it mildly, more like frrustrating. I might add that I really don't like mexican food much due to an illness that keeps me from eating spicy or hot food of any kind.
