I am, what one can say- an inventive cook, as I always make use of what's in my cupboard and make a recipe out of nothing ^^
I love tinkering with traditional dishes and I tend to add my own twist to it. I love different cuisines and am a bit biased towards seafood and veges...I am not that fond of innards and exotic meat ingredients (although I have tried a bite of kangaroo jerkey! unknowingly hahaha...). So, I hope we could be friends and I hope you'd take the time to visit my blog.

I love my native Filipino dishes, of course, that is a given (wink)...and influences for that would be Spanish and Chinese; second would be Italian. I have had the privelege to work in an Italian restaurant with my boss and the chef- and my buddy, so that truly rubbed off on me. I also managed and cooked for an Italian take away for a year.
Well, apart from those, I like Thai and Japanese, Greek and Indian food.
