I am a professional chef that has taken a private role in the past year. I love to add my Texas and Louisiana flare to the dishes I create. Whether its Italian, English, Irish or even American you will see my infusion in the dish. I have worked for known chef's in the industry such as Wade Burch, Micheal Syri, & Stanly Liarichic. I also moved up the corporate ladder with Brinkers Int. to be a Corp. chef and Trainer for them. I have learned from every chef I have worked under and now take my experiences to private & small commercial kitchens to teach the same hospitality I was taught.
