I am contributing editor of Living Earth, the Soil Association members' magazine, and a member of the Guild of Food Writers. I am fussy about food - I have a range of food I find indigestible including tomatoes, green peppers, white bread and meat - and I also feel very sad if I eat junk food. My body definitely says Yes Please to fresh (usually vegan and vegetarian) organic food sourced locally without additives and as wholefood-y and unprocessed as possible. So I am forced by my delicate nature (!) to eat real food!

Macrobiotic food at the legendary Seed restaurant in London 1970. Wholefood and vegetarian food from the equally-legendary Cranks in Carnaby Street. More of a rice and lentils girl than a pasta potato girl, I am totally influenced by vegetarian food from the middle east such as Lebanon.
