I have been married to my best friend, Wayne for almost 40 years. I love to cook. He says that I took after my Mama. She was a wonderful cook and was our Church Hostess when I was growing up. My Daddy, sister and I were her "special taste testers"! She was a big influence on my life, especially in the kitchen. My two Grandmothers were also Great cooks. Wayne says that it "ran in the family". I mostly do Southern and Italian food. Besides cooking, collecting Cookbooks is also my Hobby, I have so many, I've lost count! I have contributed to several Church Cookbooks and to the Best of the Best QVC Family Cookbook for my Cheesy, Ham and Asparagus Casserole ( you can use Broccoli instead of the Asparagus.
