Обо мне
Graduated in 2001 from U.C. Santa Cruz in Marine Biology and went on to study penguins and sea otters until coming to Davis in 2007. I am currently studying pathogen growth in raw milk as a master's student in the Food Science & Technology Department at UC Davis.
When away from the lab, I spend my time in San Francisco. I enjoy cooking, spicy food, adventurous eating, wine, as well as reading, crossword puzzles, knitting, running, traveling the world, and exploring farmer's markets. I'm especially fond of cured pork products, Asian noodles and dumplings, and runny triple-cream, soft-ripened cheeses. My waking moments are spent plotting my next meal and reading recipes.
