Attending YTI @ Lancaster Campus. Going for my Pastry Arts degree. Have a wonderful partner, Rick. Both love to cook. We mainly follow a clean eating diet. I love baking and have been in the food industry since I was 16 yrs. old. My passion has been focused on baking the last 10 years. I entered the Lebanon County Fair this year for the first time. I entered 4 cookies and a whoopie pie. I won first place in 4 cookie categories and third for my whoopie pie......Life is GOOD!

Nice to see someone breaking that mold! haha. I'm pretty new to the culinary scene and very new to CookEatShare, so I just wanted to say hello!
- 02 ноября 2010I attended YTI to acquire the technical skills needed to change formulas for diets with special requirements. The experience there was so valuable to me. I currently sublet a commercial kitchen and own a bakery created on the premise of fresh baked (pre-orders only).1 reply
