- Mix all the dry ingredients in bowl 1. Whisk egg and butter in bowl 2.
- Pour bowl 2 ingredients in bowl 1 and mix well.
- Let sit for a while. Give shapes and bake for 15-20min at 180C preheated oven.
- *Bake for 15min if you want chewy cookies
- *Baking for 20min will make crispy cookies
