1 c. flour 1 tbsp. sugar 1 teaspoon baking pwdr 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 c. wheat germ 2 lg. Large eggs, separated 2 c. buttermilk 1 1/2 to 2 tbsp. melted butter

Инструкции

1. Stir the dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Beat the egg yolks with 1/2 c. buttermilk. Then add in the remaining buttermilk and butter. Stir into the dry ingredients. Mix in the egg whites, beaten to soft peaks. Fry on a greased griddle, turning once.
