Ингредиенты

1 (13 ounce.) can Albacove tuna in water, flaked 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 (8 ounce.) can peas

1 c. water 1 c. lowfat milk 1/2 c. Basmati or possibly other rice Pam vegetable spray

Инструкции

1. Combine all ingredients. Don't drain water from tuna or possibly peas. Spray 28 x 18 x 4 inch casserole dish with Pam. Add in mix and cover with foil. Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hrs. Remove from oven, uncover, and stir. Allow to cold for 10 min before serving.
