.%20%20I%20was%20hooked%20when%20I%20saw%20her%20pictures%20and%20could%20not%20wait%20to%20try%20it%20out.%20%20YUM!!%20It%20was%20delicious.%20%20The%20only%20change%20I%20made%20was%20to%20use%20half%20white%20flour%20just%20to%20ease%20into%20the%20conversion%20.%20%20I%20plan%20on%20adding%20more%20wheat%20as%20time%20goes%20on,%20till%20I%20have%20them%20all%20hooked.%20Converting%20them%20to%20wheat%20bread.%20%20It%20is%20a%20perfect%20recipe!!%20The%20only%20issue%20I%20have%20is%20that%20it%20is%20so%20darn%20good%20I%20can't%20stop%20eating%20it!!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EConversion%20Wheat%20Bread%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMakes%202%20large%20or%203%20medium%20sized%20loaves.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EMix%20the%20warm%20water%20with%20the%20yeast%20and%201/4%20teaspoon%20sugar.%20%20Allow%20it%20to%20sit%20together%20for%202-3%20minutes.%20%20Then%20add%20honey,%20salt%20and%20olive%20oil.%20%20Slowly%20add%20the%20flour,%20until%20it%20is%20dough%20consistancy%20(I%20used%208%20cups%20total).%20%20Knead%20for%20about%205%20minutes.%20(I%20let%20my%20mixer%20knead%20for%20me.)%20Cover%20and%20allow%20the%20bread%20to%20rise%20for%201%20hour.%20%20Punch%20the%20dough%20down%20and%20then%20shape%20into%20loaves.%20%20Place%20into%20lightly%20greased%20pans.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECover%20and%20let%20them%20rise%20for%2030%20minutes-1%20hour.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EBake%20at%20375%20degrees%20for%2030-35%20minutes%20until%20crust%20is%20lightly%20browned%20and%20bread%20sounds%20hollow%20when%20lightly%20tapped.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThe%20family%20ate%20one%20loaf%20right%20out%20of%20the%20oven%20before%20I%20could%20get%20a%20picture!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIt%20was%20a%20good%20start%20to%20the%20conversion....%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThanks%20Snowhite!!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3E~Tiffanee%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
