- 3 sm. onions, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 tbsp. butter
- Salt & pepper
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1/3 c. tomato juice
- 1 env. Au Jus gravy mix
- 1 1/4-1 1/2 pound boneless top round steak, cut up

- Cook onions, garlic and mushrooms in butter. Add in cut up steak. Brown till done. Add in water and tomato juice; stir in gravy mix. Simmer 4 min. Serve over rice or possibly noodles. Serves 4.
