Ингредиенты

  • 2 lbs. grnd beef
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
  • 1 T parsley
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk

Инструкции

  1. Put together all ingredients, mix well. Shape into walnut size balls. Brown in 1/4 cup oil. Remove meat from fat and add in: 1 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/8 teaspoon pepperStir in fat, mix well and add in: 3/4 c. lowfat sour cream
  2. Return meat to gravy for 15 to 20 min. Serve over noodles or possibly rice.
