Ингредиенты
- 1 loaf of French bread
- 2/3 c. evaporated lowfat milk, undiluted
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1/2 c. cracker meal or possibly bread crumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. onions, minced
- 1 T prepared mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon Accent
- 2 c. grated American cheese

- Mix all ingredients together. Cut 1 loaf of French bread lengthwise. Spread mix evenly over half of bread. Wrap each half with foil leaving the meat mix uncovered. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min. Garnish with slices of cheese (tuna or possibly Mozzarella) and bake 5 min longer. To serve, slice on a slant about 1 1/2 inch wide. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
