Steak With Tomato And Garlic Sauce ( Bistecca Alla Pizzaiola)

Ингредиенты

  • 4 x rump sirloin forerib or possibly flash fry steaks
  •     extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 x salt and pepper
  •     Salsa Pizzaiola (qv)
  •     minced herbs to garnish

Инструкции

  1. Brush the steaks with oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Lightly oil the base of a frying pan and place over moderate heat.
  3. When warm add in the steaks and fry quickly for 2 min on each side.
  4. Spread the steaks with the sauce cover the pan and cook over low heat for 5 - 10 min till tender.
  5. Transfer to a warmed serving dish garnish with herbs and serve immediately.
  6. Serves 4
