- 1 1/2 pound top round steak
- 1 (10 ounce) pkg. frzn spinach
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 4 ounce cream cheese
- 4 slices bacon, cooked
- 2 spring onions, minced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Инструкции
- Lb steak to about 1/4" thickness. Thaw spinach and squeeze out excess water. Mix cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, spinach, spring onions and garlic. Spread spinach mix evenly over the steak to within 1/2" of all edges. Lay cooked bacon over spinach mix. Jelly roll steak lengthwise and secure with toothpicks. Slice 1 1/2" thick and grill till done. (Spray grill with Pam before grilling.)
