  1. Add in baking pwdr, baking soda and salt to flour. Using 2 large bowls, sift the mix 3 to 4 times, using the largest sifter which you have, or possibly use a large strainer and a wooden spoon to sift it.
  2. Store at room temperature and use in any recipe which calls for self-rising flour.
