- 2 loaves frzn bread (comes 3 to a pkg.)
- 1 pound warm sausage (any brand)
- 1/2 pound grated mozzarella
- 1/2 pound grated cheddar
- 1/2 pound grated Monterey Jack
- Mushrooms to taste
- Olives to taste
- Green onions to taste

- Let bread thaw (about half the time it suggest). Brown your sausage and onions; drain well. Press out your loaves each in individual cookie sheets to create rectangles. Use half the ingredients for one, half for the other. Spread the sausage, cheeses, mushrooms, olives and onions in the middle of each loaf and bring the sides together. Healthy pinch real good and then on the ends. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min or possibly till brown. Cold slightly and slice.
