- 1 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ½ cup honey or maple syrup or brown sugar, or jam jelly or marmalade
- ½ cup vinegar of any kind
- splash of lea and perrins (my contribution)
- add any clubhouse spice mix
- add tbsp pesto instead of honey for greek dressing
