Ингредиенты

  • 1 unbaked Oronoque pie shell
  • 3/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 4 c. sliced peaches
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/3 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 c. minced pecans
  • 3 tbsp. butter

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Combine granulated sugar and 3 Tbsp. flour in large bowl. Add in peaches and lemon juice. Combine brown sugar, 1/4 c. flour, and pecans in small bowl. Cut in butter till mix is crumbly.
  2. Sprinkle 1/3 of the nut mix over bottom of pie shell; cover with the peach mix and sprinkle remaining nut mix over the peaches. Bake at 400 degrees till peaches are tender. Lower oven if pie browns too fast.
