  1. Mix crust ingredients, roll half of dough very thin. Cut into 2" strips and line a 9 x 13 in. pan.
  2. Put peaches in saucepan. Add in water to depth of 1 in. Add in sugar, cook till peaches are tender and syrup forms. Remove from heat and add in butter, stirring till melted. Add in cinnamon. Pour into pastry lined pan. Roll out and cut remaining dough. Cover fruit and seal edges. Sprinkle lightly with sugar. Cook at 400 degrees for 30-40 minutes. or possibly till pastry is golden.
