Ингредиенты

  • 1 ct low-fat ricotta cheese, (15-oz)
  • 2/3 c. Nonfat lowfat milk
  • 1/2 c. Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 c. Minced onion
  • 2 x Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 c. Minced fresh basil
  • 1/4 c. Minced fresh chives or possibly green onions
  • 1/4 c. Minced fresh parsley
  • 12 ounce Rotelle or possibly fusilli pasta, freshly cooked

  1. Blend ricotta cheese, lowfat milk and Parmesan in processor till smooth. Heat oil in heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add in onion; saute/fry till beginning to brown, about 5 min. Add in garlic and saute/fry 2 min. Add in ricotta mix, basil, chives and parsley to skillet; stir till heated through, about 5 min. Fold in rotelle. Season with salt and pepper.
