- 1 lb grnd beef
- 3 c. cooked white rice (Uncle Ben's is good)
- 1 can cream of mushroom or possibly celery soup
- 1 c. minced celery (if company is coming)

- Mix all ingredients and bake in a greased warm dish pan at 325 degrees for about half an hour. Maybe the easiest dish ever.
