- 1 pound grnd beef
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- Tostitos chips
- Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
- Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 sm. onion, minced
- 1/4 sm. green pepper, minced
- 1 tomato, minced
- 1 can refried beans

- Brown grnd beef and drain. Mix taco seasoning per instructions on package and add in to meat mix. Add in refried beans. In baking dish put a layer of tostitos, layer of meat mix. (Do not use all the meat. It is good for burritos.) Layer onions, peppers and tomatoes. Cover with cheeses. Put in oven and bake till cheese melts.
