Ингредиенты

  • 1 lg. shallot, chopped
  • 2 tbsp. snipped chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 3 bunches Arugula leaves
  • 1 lg. bunch spinach
  • 1 bunch watercress
  • 1 head Boston lettuce
  • 8 lg. mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 red peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 c. olives, sliced

Инструкции

  1. In jar combine salad dressing ingredients and shake. Chill. Mix salad ingredients in large bowl, and toss with dressing. Serve immediately. Serves 8.
