Ингредиенты

  • 6 Tbsp. lowfat sour cream
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. minced fresh dill
  • 4 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 5 ounce lean grnd beef
  • 5 ounce grnd pork
  • 2/3 c. fresh breadcrumbs (made from crustless rye bread)
  • 1/3 c. minced onion
  • 1/4 tsp grnd allspice

Инструкции

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Stir 4 Tbsp. lowfat sour cream, 1 Tbsp. dill and 1 tsp. mustard in small bowl for sauce. Combine beef, pork, breadcrumbs, onion and allspice in large bowl. Add in remaining 2 Tbsp. lowfat sour cream, 1 1/2 Tbsp. dill and 3 tsp. mustard and blend well.
  3. Shape mix into 4 oval loaves, each about 3/4-inch thick. Place loaves on baking sheet. Bake till cooked through, about 20 min. Serve meat loaves with sauce.
  4. This recipe yields 2 servings (can be doubled).
  5. Comments: Have creamed spinach and sauteed carrots with these updated Swedish meat loaves. Then serve applesauce and spice cookies.
